What to expect
A short consultation to make sure the Light Journey is appropriate for you.
A structured programme designed for gradual progression.
Session lengths increase gradually as you build comfort and consistency.
A review at the end of four weeks to reflect on your experience and next steps.
A measured approach to photobiomodulation
Photobiomodulation uses selected red and near-infrared wavelengths. At Lumaterra, the emphasis is on a carefully introduced, repeatable wellness experience rather than maximum settings or exaggerated promises.
We begin conservatively, observe comfort and tolerance, and build consistency across the four-week programme.
Safety comes before intensity
Before your first session, we complete a short suitability screen covering factors such as photosensitivity, relevant medicines and health considerations. Eye protection is used during sessions, and progression is gradual.
Lumaterra is a wellbeing service and does not provide medical diagnosis or replace advice from your GP or other healthcare professional.
